Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting desktop screening such as reference calls, online media search, and emailing resources.
  • Depth of media search analysis
  • Writing comprehensive report

Job Requirements:

  • High level of integrity
  • Diploma degree & minimum a year of working experience as call center / customer service.
  • Strong analytical and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable working in a time sensitive environment and with a sense of urgency
  • Whilst fluency in English both spoken and written is a must, mastering other languages will be an advantage
