- Conducting desktop screening such as reference calls, online media search, and emailing resources.
- Depth of media search analysis
- Writing comprehensive report
- High level of integrity
- Diploma degree & minimum a year of working experience as call center / customer service.
- Strong analytical and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working in a time sensitive environment and with a sense of urgency
- Whilst fluency in English both spoken and written is a must, mastering other languages will be an advantage
